My name is Shane Hodyniak and I am a Texas State licensed Professional Inspector, License #8330. I am state certified to inspect septic tanks both Conventional and Aerobic types. A person needs to be trained by a state sanctioned training activity. Certificates of completion were filed with Texas Onsite Waste Water Association (TXOWA) in conjunction with the Texas Real Estate Commission. They were filed October 2006 to fulfill requirements to inspect septic systems. Additionally I have been trained at a manufacturing plant in Beaumont, Texas, another state sanctioned school. To date I have inspected over 200 septic systems.

I am listing the qualifiers above to invite your patronage. Over the past three years I have encountered many misbelieves on the subject of septic systems and who is qualified to inspect the system and at what point in the installation process.

Out of these 200 plus inspections I have always had a loan company or other organizations accept my inspection report. I provide two different report forms to choose from. I can provide either one from onsite and emailed to your inbox before leaving the property.
